III International Conference on Optics, Computer Applications and Materials Science (CMSD-III-2023)

    The conference is held with the aim of summarizing international experience in the field of engineering optics, information, digital and intellectual development, within the framework of which it is planned to formulate proposals for digital and information transformation, the development of computer models, optical engineering, information technology, automated and computational processes. The conference will present scientific research aimed at solving a set of problems in the field of optics, information technology and materials science, namely:
    -  Development of scientific and practical potential in order to form proposals for the development of optics and photonics;
    -  Popularization of fundamental and applied research in the field of information technologies and systems;
    -  Formation of recommendations aimed at the development of materials science.

     

    Graduate students, teachers, young scientists, employees of specialized organizations, scientists from various research and educational institutions, as well as representatives of government agencies are invited to participate.

     

    The international program and the organizing committee include representatives of the Republic of Tajikistan and foreign scientists from research and educational institutions, as well as representatives of various fields of activity and industries.

     

    Proceedings of the I International scientific and practical conference "Computer applications for management and sustainable development of production and industry" (CMSD-I-2021) were published in Proceedings of SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering, volume 12251.

    Proceedings of the II International scientific and practical conference "Computer applications for management and sustainable development of production and industry" (CMSD-II-2022) were published in Proceedings of SPIE - The International Society for Optical Engineering, volume 12564.

     

    Important dates:

    May 12, 2023 - the first information letter;

    December 13, 2023 - the end of registration and acceptance of articles;

    December 17, 2023 - the end of the review and publication of the conference program;

    December 20-22, 2023 - a conference.

     

    The conference program will be formed based on the results of the materials received and published no later than December 17, 2023 on the conference website.

    Requirements for articles:

    - The article must correspond to one of the topics of the conference;

    - The article must be in English;

    - The article should contain the following sections: «Introduction», «Materials and methods», «Results», «Discussion» and «Conclusion» (section «Acknowledgments» is written if necessary);

    - The length of the article should be at least 4 pages;

    - The recommended number of authors should not exceed 5;

    - Links must be made in accordance with the requirements of the Publisher. Links, as a rule, need to be made only to sources (articles) from international journals;

    - The text must be typed in electronic form in Microsoft Word 2007/2003 format. The text can be illustrated with diagrams and tables. All illustrations must be within the boundaries of the text (do not go to the margins of the sheet);

    - The article should contain an annotation (no more than 200 words) and keywords (no more than 10);

    - The number of references in the list of references must be at least 10;

    - Self-citation should not exceed 10%;

    - The originality of the article is not less than 80%.

     

    Submission of materials:

    - To participate in the conference, you need to send an article prepared according to the requirements of the journal.

    - The scientific works of the authors who spoke at the conference, after reviewing and editing, are published in the journal. Articles by authors who did not speak at the conference are not subject to publication.

     

    The order of publication of an article in a journal:

    - Sending materials by mail to the executive secretary of the organizing committee cmsd2021@mail.ru;

    - Conducting expertise and double-blind reviewing of materials;

    - Full-time presentation at the conference.

     

    Origin, motivation and contribution

    Papers which are prepared for publishing should be original research manuscripts, never published before and not under consideration for publication in any other conference proceeding (journal etc.). All papers are supposed to present novel research results of international interest. Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference and conference topic fields. We publish papers written in good English only. All papers are reviewed by a native speaker. All papers are thoroughly checked for plagiarism. Acceptable minimum of originality is 85 %. All papers should be not less than 4 pages. Restrict your document to 20 pages for the full paper (recommended 4-8 pages).

     

    Authorship

    Number of authors in a single paper is 5 person maximum. The corresponding author is the person chosen within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the periodical. The corresponding author should ensure that all appropriate co-authors (and no inappropriate co-authors) are included in the paper, and that all co-authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and agree on its submission for publication.
